There are new guidelines as to when and who should have bone density screening. This non invasive technique can determine and plot your risk of early fracture and give you the opportunity to make change and treat any problem before if effects your life and lifestyle. The update, from the American College of Preventative Medicine, now recommends screening for all men over 70 years and for those over 50 years with risk factors. Does this apply to you.
